February is a month that is notorious for making one depressed. After a cold, dull, wet January, February is often one winter month too long. I have to admit I haven't been completely immune to February's melancholic powers but a few things have been keeping me sane...
1.The gym: A handful of abandoned new years resolutions can certainly add to the February Blues so why not just join the gym, get a personal trainer and start afresh. It's never too late!


2.Holidays: Planning my summer holidays has been the best antidote to rain and dark evenings. This year I'm hoping to go to as many festivals as I can!




3. Read:  Finding something new and interesting to read can liberate the mind from the boringness of everyday toil.
